J. GRAHAM SWANSON

J. Graham Swanson is a founding managing member of SON PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, LLC. As a managing member, he focuses on financial reporting, asset strategy, daily operations, and business development. He entered in the real estate sector in 1997 and has performed many different roles from property management, asset management, acquisition director, equity and debt placement, and developer. He has successfully been involved in over a $1 billion of real estate transactions spanning over 12 plus states. Mr. Swanson played an integral part in growing one of the largest privately-held self storage companies in the early 2000’s. He also presided as executive vice president over a multifamily portfolio consisting of 10,000 plus units. Mr. Swanson has been involved in over $50 million of development and capital improvement projects, including a 250 unit condominium conversion project.

Mr. Swanson attended the University of Arizona and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in the Eller School’s McGuire Entrepreneurship Program.
